Nobody can tell us when our room will be ready and provide an attitude if you ask too many questions. We ask to speak to a manager, front desk says “the manger is busy right now cleaning rooms, go play in the casino and wait for your phone call.” My blood was boiling at this point. Front desk instructed we would receive a phone call when our room was ready. Was instructed our room wasn’t ready yet, which is fine, since check-in is at 4:00 PM.
My elderly mother and Aunt arrived at 3:30 PM at the casino.
